Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Logoinspo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using specific features or services (including Sponsorship bookings), you agree to comply with all applicable posted guidelines.

2. Sponsorship & Advertising Terms

Logoinspo offers limited sponsored slots (maximum 7 concurrent live slots) distributed organically across our gallery, headers, and discovery pages.

  • Review & Approval Right: Logoinspo reserves the right to review and reject any sponsorship creative or landing page that does not meet our quality, aesthetic, or community guidelines (e.g. misleading claims, adult content, malicious software, or inappropriate graphics). In such cases, sponsors are prompted to edit their details for re-review.
  • Slot Duration & Stacking: Sponsorships are purchased in prepaid tiers (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Extending an active slot automatically stacks the additional duration onto the existing expiration date without downtime.
  • Creative Updates: Sponsors can update their brand name, tagline, logo, 16:9 banner, and destination link at any time via the Sponsor Dashboard. Submissions enter a brief admin review before going live.

3. Payment Processing & Gateway

All online transactions, sponsorship bookings, and duration extensions on Logoinspo are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay.

  • Supported Methods: Razorpay supports major international and domestic credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
  • Currency & Billing: Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) with estimated USD conversion rates displayed for international convenience.
  • Refund Policy: Once a sponsorship slot is activated and live on Logoinspo, payments are non-refundable. If a submission is rejected during initial review and cannot be adjusted, a refund or credit may be issued upon request.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The logos, brand identities, and design assets showcased on Logoinspo remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and owners. Our platform functions as a curated inspiration library and directory. You may not copy, redistribute, or monetize original designer marks without permission from the respective rights holders.

5. Limitation of Liability

Logoinspo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Logoinspo or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
